At QC we follow a very defined and repeatable process when approaching any commercial project, from the bidding phase to closeout. We maintain a safety rating and insurance classification that are reflective of our commitment to quality and safety.

We qualify every project before bidding. When prequalifying a job, if any portion of the painting scope, as defined by the construction bid documents, is outside of the company’s capabilities or expertise, we will not bid the project. QC uses its own forces to complete each project that it works on. In rare cases, sandblasting and floor grinding operations may be outsourced, but only when time constraints dictate and the use of subcontractors has been preapproved.
