GE AEROSPACE – RTP, NC

Since 2018, QC Commercial has served as the on-call painting and coatings contractor for GE Aerospace at its Durham, North Carolina manufacturing facilities. During that time, QC has performed extensive commercial and industrial painting throughout the facility, including the installation of high-performance epoxy flooring systems at numerous aircraft engine assembly workstations.

Because GE Aerospace maintains continuous manufacturing operations, QC performs this work within active production areas. Work zones are carefully isolated using temporary containment systems designed to control dust, debris and odors while minimizing disruption to adjacent manufacturing operations.

The photographs shown here highlight several recently completed epoxy flooring installations and demonstrate both the finished flooring systems and the containment measures used during installation.
