HERBALIFE MANUFACTURING – CRB BUILDERS

This 750,000-square-foot facility was originally constructed by Dell Computers as a desktop computer manufacturing plant. As market demand shifted toward laptop computers, the facility was ultimately vacated and later acquired by Herbalife, which retrofitted the building to manufacture its nutrition and dietary products.
QC Commercial contracted with CRB Builders to repaint the entire facility, both inside and out. Completed in 2014, the nine-month project represented a major milestone for our company as QC’s first million-dollar contract.

The successful execution of this project helped establish a long-standing relationship with CRB Builders and positioned QC Commercial for continued growth into larger and more complex projects. Since then, QC has completed multiple projects for CRB, including FAREVA Aerosol in Richmond, Virginia, Metrics Pharmaceutical in Greenville, North Carolina, and Becton Dickinson in Durham, North Carolina.
