LEGACY POINTE SENIOR LIVING – ORLANDO, FL

QC Commercial spent twelve months in Orlando completing painting services for the ground-up construction of Legacy Pointe at UCF, a premier senior living community consisting of independent living, assisted living, memory care, and healthcare administration facilities. The development was of such scale that the general contractor, The Pike Company, utilized multiple contractors within each major trade.

QC’s scope included the complete interior and exterior painting of several three-story buildings throughout the campus. The successful completion of this project further demonstrates our ability to mobilize resources and perform large-scale painting projects outside our home market while maintaining the quality, manpower, and schedule expectations of nationally recognized general contractors.
